Improved Offline Test Synchronisation

Working offline is now even more seamless. Tests completed without an internet connection will now automatically synchronise as soon as your device reconnects, eliminating the need to manually resync test submissions.

New System Size Calculator

We've introduced a System Size Calculator to help engineers quickly estimate the volume of a heating system. This makes it easier to determine the correct chemical dosage for cleaning, protection, and maintenance products, helping ensure accurate treatment every time.

New Help Centre, Product Roadmap & AI Support

Getting help has never been easier with the introduction of the new Fernox Help Centre, which includes:

• A searchable knowledge base with guides and FAQs.

• A new AI Support Assistant that can answer common questions instantly.

• The ability to connect with a live Fernox support agent during normal business hours whenever additional assistance is needed.

Additionally we have introduced a new Product Roadmap where users can view recently released features and see what's currently in development.

User Activity & Device Sessions

You can now view your account activity and active device sessions directly within the app. This allows you to see which devices are currently signed in to your account, helping you manage access and improve account security.
